Cherry Red Cocoa Butter Velvet Spray – 400ml


To obtain the velvet effect only spray onto Frozen or Semifreddo cakes, monoportions or mousses.


How to use:


Ready to use. For best results, warm the can (wrap in a piping bag and then in hot water (not boiling) for just 5 minutes).


Then take out, shake very well and spray from a distance of 25/30cm maintaining the can as vertical as possible.
