Refund & Cancellation Policy
Home Chocolate Factory will accept the return of new, unused goods within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Goods must be returned at the purchasers cost and received in saleable condition. We regret we cannot accept the return of chocolate or ingredients.
If your delivery is received damaged, please sign for it as such with the courier and send a picture of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org
Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced free of charge.
Online orders may only be cancelled if they are yet to be despatched. To cancel an order, call 020 8450 1523
Orders for non-stock items may only be cancelled if they have not been packed for despatch by the supplier.
Orders for custom items may only be cancelled prior to work commencing on the particular project.
Refunds will be processed within two weeks of returned goods being received (assuming they are in resalable condition).

Cancellation Policy - Courses
Once booked, courses are non-refundable - but if you are unable to attend and advise us by email at least 48 hours before the course date, you will receive a course credit to rebook another course at a later date. The email address to advise you are unable to attend is firstname.lastname@example.org
The same email address should be used to rebook onto another course if you have a course credit.
