SELMI Wrap 45 Compact VFFS Bagging Machine
The SELMI Wrap 45 is a compact vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) packaging machine designed for efficient and precise packing of loose, fragile, and delicate food and non-food products. Engineered for performance in space-constrained environments, it ensures gentle product handling while delivering high versatility in packaging formats.
Ideal for dragιes, chocolate, coffee, nuts, biscuits, pasta, frozen fruit, and similar products, the 45° inclined loading system allows rapid top filling while ensuring a controlled and gentle descent into the bag, reducing breakage and deformation.
The Wrap 45 produces pillow bags, stand-up bags with flat bottoms, eurohole display bags, and multipack configurations thanks to its independently moving cutting blade. Fully constructed in stainless steel (INOX), it guarantees durability, hygiene, and ease of maintenance.
Compatible with the SELMI Dosing Pack accessory, the machine enables precise weighing and controlled dispensing via load cells and vibrating chutes, making it suitable for automated production lines.
Integrated thermal transfer printing allows direct printing of variable data such as batch numbers, expiry dates, logos, and product variants. A photocell ensures precise alignment on printed films.
