SELMI TUN800 400mm wide Enrobing Line with Cooling Tunnel

Designed to enrobe and cool, the SELMI TUN800 (8 metres long by 400mm wide) connects to the SELMI TOP EX continuous tempering machine and offers a production speed ranging from 20cm to 100cm per minute. The TUN800 incorporates a special air diffuser that is positioned over the whole length of the cooling chamber and features a coating section that is easily removable for cleaning. Special reference notches enable the tempering machine to be positioned quickly and easily under the coating area.
