SELMI TUN800 – 400mm Wide Enrobing Line with 8 Metre Cooling Tunnel

The SELMI TUN800 enrobing line with a 400mm wide belt and 8 metre cooling tunnel is designed to streamline chocolate coating and cooling processes for medium to large-scale chocolate production. It connects directly to the SELMI TOP EX continuous tempering machine and delivers a flexible production speed of 20cm to 100cm per minute.

Engineered for efficiency, the TUN800 features a special air diffuser spanning the entire length of the cooling chamber for consistent cooling results. The heated coating section is fully removable for fast and thorough cleaning, while reference notches allow quick and precise alignment of tempering machines beneath the coating area.

This system is built for high performance with intuitive control via a touch screen interface and comes complete with a detachment belt to smoothly transfer coated products.
