SELMI SPRAY SYSTEM – Automatic Chocolate Sprayer for COMFIT & MAXI COMFIT

The SELMI Spray System is a fully automatic chocolate dosing unit designed exclusively for use with the SELMI COMFIT and MAXI COMFIT panning machines. This unique accessory enhances production efficiency by evenly spraying melted (untempered) chocolate directly into the rotating drum during the coating phase.

Built from aluminium with a special food-contact coating, the Spray System is mounted on a mobile stainless steel trolley for easy positioning alongside panning machines. Heating is achieved via low-voltage elements, and the system is operated entirely by compressed air—no electrical pump required.

With consistent spray distribution and reduced manual handling, this system significantly increases output and ensures uniform chocolate coverage on nuts, fruit, or centre pieces during the dragee-making process.
