SELMI CLUSTER Chocolate Cluster Depositor
The SELMI CLUSTER is a specialist machine designed to produce chocolate-based clusters by combining tempered chocolate with nuts or inclusions such as hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, and more.
Equipped with a loading hopper for inclusions, the CLUSTER connects to a SELMI continuous tempering machine (equipped with a pneumatic valve) and deposits the mixture via six rotors directly onto the belt of a 300mm or 400mm SELMI cooling tunnel.
Level sensors enable operation in either manual or automatic mode. The product ratio, quantity, and consistency can all be adjusted using the integrated touchscreen control panel, allowing chocolatiers to create customised clusters with ease and precision.
