    Create striking, textured pastry and chocolate decorations with the Silikomart Mountain Set, featuring two highly flexible silicone mats designed for professional pastry applications.

    Ideal for puff pastry, shortcrust pastry and chocolate, the mats allow excellent control throughout preparation and unmoulding. Use them to create modern decorations for plated desserts or to bake puff pastry with a distinctive pre-etched texture.

    For best results with puff pastry, use pre-frozen dough no thicker than 2 mm.
