Chef Rubber Aureolin Yellow Cocoa Butter – 200g
Brighten your chocolate creations with Chef Rubber Aureolin Yellow Cocoa Butter, a vivid, professional-grade colour designed to bring warmth and energy to pralines, moulded figures, and dessert decorations. Known for its exceptional purity and brilliance, this cocoa butter delivers striking results with effortless application.
It can be used on its own or blended with melted chocolate, then sprayed, painted, or flicked onto moulds, chocolate surfaces, or acetate sheets for transfer designs. Also ideal for spraying cakes and frozen desserts to achieve a velvety or matte effect.
For perfect results, temper before use by heating to 40°C, then cooling to 31–32°C while stirring. Maintain room and mould temperatures carefully—if moulds fall below 15°C, shine may be lost. After decorating, crystallize at 22°C and then allow to rest at 18°C for 2 hours for optimal finish.
