    SOSA Gellan Gum is a 100% natural gelling agent derived from bacterial fermentation. It produces firm, elastic, and transparent gels that cut cleanly and remain stable during cooking, including in ovens. Suitable for all types of liquids, it is ideal for making rigid gels, pastes, jellies, and jams.
