SOSA Pectin Fruit NH
SOSA Pectin Fruit NH is a low methoxyl amidated pectin (LMA) designed for glazes, gels, and fruit-based creams. It provides excellent texture control and shine, making it ideal for patisserie applications. Thermo-reversible between 40–60 °C, it allows flexibility in reworking products without loss of quality.
