SOSA Vegan Mousse Gelatine is a vegetable-based gelling mixture of agar-agar and tapioca starch, designed for mousse preparations. It allows stable gelling across a wide pH range and can be frozen without syneresis. Ideal for vegan desserts, it creates smooth, aerated mousses while maintaining texture and stability.
