SOSA Gracila Gel (Gracilaria Seaweed Powder)
A 100% plant-based gelling agent made from Gracilaria seaweed. Unlike many hydrocolloids, Gracila Gel is not considered an additive (E-number free), making it an excellent clean-label alternative to agar-agar, pectins, and carrageenans. It creates creamy, slow-setting textures and does not add flavor, allowing natural ingredients to shine.
