SOSA Flaxfiber is a natural powdered fiber derived from brown and light flax seeds, designed to substitute for xanthan gum in a variety of applications. Its unique composition of soluble and insoluble fibers provides thickening, stabilizing, emulsifying, and suspending functionality. Neutral in flavor, it can be used hot or cold across a wide pH range, making it perfect for vegan sauces, coulis, ice creams, sorbets, mousses, and meringues.
