SOSA Air Bag Pork Grain is made from boiled, partially dehydrated, and defatted pork skin, designed to create crispy, airy textures when fried. Ideal as a topping, side dish, or ingredient in high-end culinary preparations, it provides the familiar flavor of pork rinds with a light, crunchy texture.
Mode of Use
Fry in edible oil or fat at 200 °C for 1.5–2 minutes. Use as a crispy topping for meats, vegetables, or serve as a standalone side dish. Ensure the oil is at the correct temperature to achieve optimal texture.
