SOSA Natural Peppermint Flavouring is a glycerin-based, water-soluble aromatic concentrate that captures the fresh, cooling and herbaceous profile of peppermint. Its formulation allows seamless incorporation into both aqueous preparations and high-fat bases (up to 95% fat), making it ideal for pastry, chocolate, ice cream, beverages and modern gastronomy. It delivers a clean mint aroma without adding liquid or altering texture.
Mode of Use
Shake well before use. Incorporate directly into the preparation, mixing thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
Dosage: 0.2 g per kg of preparation (approx. 6 drops).
Do not consume undiluted. Always use within recipe formulations.

Invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: glycerin (E422), peppermint extract.
