SOSA Pork Air Bag Flour is made from boiled, partially dehydrated, and defatted pork skin, designed to create crispy, airy textures when fried. Expanding 4–5 times its original size, it delivers the familiar flavor of pork rinds with a delicate, light texture. Ideal for breading, high-end snacks, or as an accompaniment in haute cuisine dishes.
Mode of Use
Fry in hot oil at 190 °C ± 5 °C for 10–15 seconds. Can be incorporated into batters for proteins or vegetables, or used alone for crispy, airy side dishes. Maintain consistent frying temperature for optimal puffing.
