They deliver the intense flavour and aroma of fresh fruit while maintaining a light, crisp texture—perfect for elevating bakery, patisserie, chocolate work, and garnishes.

These slices perform beautifully as inclusions, but because they are sensitive to moisture, a protective fat-based coating is recommended. Simply coat in cooled melted chocolate, cocoa butter, butter, SOSA Praline Paste, or SOSA Pro-Gianduja to help preserve texture and flavour.
