SOSA Freeze Veggie Gel is a fast-gelling powdered mixture of vegetable-based gelling agents, thickeners, and sweeteners. Designed for professional pastry chefs and vegan recipe developers, it enables rapid gelation of aqueous liquids, including alcohols and acidic solutions, while providing smooth, stable textures. Its hydrocolloid formulation makes it ideal for innovative vegan desserts, jellies, and confections.
Ingredients: Trehalose, tara gum (E417), trisodium citrate (E331iii), carob bean gum (E410), carrageenan (E407), dextrose, potassium chloride (E508)
