Choose from two standard mould sizes. Every step of the process—from CAD drawing to production—is handled with precision, ensuring a flawless, food-grade mould ready for commercial use.

Package Options:

Option One – £2,685 + VAT

• Mould Size: 275mm x 135mm
• Includes: Origination, tooling, and 100 moulds

Option Two – £3,095 + VAT

• Mould Size: 275mm x 175mm
• Includes: Origination, tooling, and 100 moulds

• Following receipt of your brief & artwork, you will receive a CAD design. 
• Preparation of the design and drawings will then begin, this takes about 1-2 weeks.
• Once the design is approved, a single cavity will be prepared for testing, this takes approx. 2 weeks.
• After the approval of the single cavity, production of the finished moulds starts. This takes 20 working days.
• Once the moulds are finished they are shipped via road which takes approx. 7 working days. 
• Once the moulds are finishd they are shipped via air frieght which takes approx. 4 working days.
