SELMI DEMOULDER – Automatic Demoulding System for Pralines & Bars
The SELMI DEMOULDER is a fully automatic system designed to extract pralines or chocolate bars from polycarbonate moulds measuring 275mm x 175mm. Built for high-efficiency production lines, it reduces manual handling and seamlessly integrates with the SELMI SPIDER Vertical Cooling Tunnel for optimal flow.
Operating at a rate of up to 4 moulds per minute, the demoulded products can be automatically released either onto a blue belt conveyor or directly onto flat trays, depending on your workflow setup. Trays can then be transferred straight to the wrapping or packaging station.
While the DEMOULDER can be loaded manually, it achieves maximum output when paired with the SELMI SPIDER, automating the end of the moulding cycle and supporting continuous production.
