SELMI MOULD LOADER 175 – Automated Mould Filling & Vibration System
The SELMI MOULD LOADER 175 is an automated mould handling system designed to streamline high-volume production of chocolate bars, tablets, and napolitains. It connects directly to the SELMI TOP continuous tempering machine and can process up to 6 moulds per minute, automating the filling, vibrating, and transfer of polycarbonate moulds measuring 275mm x 175mm.
The machine features three distinct workstations:

Mould filling – via injection head or flood-and-scrape method

Second-level vibration
Once filled and vibrated, the moulds are automatically ejected and pushed onto a slide system compatible with SELMI Cooling Tunnels. This setup doubles the effective cooling length, allowing for even and efficient crystallisation. For maximum productivity, SELMI recommends connecting the MOULD LOADER 175 to a TANK 200 or TANK 400 with a level sensor to ensure consistent chocolate flow.
A linear version is also available for direct integration with the SELMI SPIDER vertical cooling system – available on request.
