Food colouring dust - Can be sprinkled directly on decorations, applied with the finger with alcohol or with a brush.
Q: hello can you tell me the best way to colour callebaut white chocolate yellow fo easter. Also how is the metallic copper colouring used - is it just dusted over dry white chocolate? thank you
A: The cheapest way is to use Liposoluble Colouring Powder - this doesnt affect the fluidity of the chocolate but using coloured cocoa butter is easier. Metallic colouring powder is usually brushed inside the mould before use or brushed onto the finished chocolates.
