SOSA Vegetable Setting Powder is a 100% plant-based gelling agent derived from seaweed and locust bean gum. Similar to agar-agar, it produces elastic, firm gels with less sweetness, making it ideal for toppings, desserts, and other modern culinary applications. Suitable for all aqueous liquids with over 80% water content, it works best when heated and cannot be frozen.
