SOSA Whole Freeze Dried Strawberries are pure Strawberries that have been dehydrated to one seventh of their original weight with no additives.
They taste like the original fruit and can be used in patisserie and chocolates.
Use as an inclusion in bakery, patisserie and chocolate.
Bear in mind they will be affected by moisture so to give a protective coating, coat in a 'fat' such as cooled melted chocolate, butter or cocoa butter, SOSA Praline Paste or SOSA Pro-Gianduja.
