Living Salt by Ángel León

Living Salt by Ángel León is a sodium acetate (E262(i)) culinary salt that forms a supersaturated solution in water. On contact with food, it triggers an exothermic reaction, allowing food to cook instantly or slowly. Ideal for delicate preparations, this innovative salt offers chefs new possibilities in modern gastronomy.

  • Dosage: 700 g per 700 ml water
