Sosa Saffron Natural Aroma – 50g

Sosa Saffron Natural Aroma is a glycerin-based, water-soluble concentrate that captures the warm, spicy character of saffron. Its versatile formulation allows seamless integration into both aqueous and fatty bases (up to 95% oil content), making it perfect for enhancing a wide range of professional culinary and pastry creations with the luxurious essence of saffron.

Specifications:

  • Format: 50g

  • Ingredients: Emulsifier: glycerin (E422), propylene glycol (E1520), saffron powder, natural extract of saffron (saffron resinoid, water)

  • Mode of Use: Shake well before use. Incorporate at 0.2 g/kg (approx. 6 drops) depending on desired intensity. Mix thoroughly for homogeneous flavour distribution.

  • Dosage: 0.2 g/kg

  • Applications: Ideal for cocktails, sorbets, ice creams, ganaches, mousses, creams, fillings, sauces, and baked goods. Adds warm, aromatic saffron notes to both classic and innovative recipes.
