SOSA Oligofructose

A versatile sugar substitute derived from natural sources, SOSA Oligofructose is soluble in both hot and cold liquids without prior hydration. With excellent solubility even at low temperatures, it allows you to reduce or completely replace sugar in recipes while maintaining structure and texture. Perfect for lightening recipes such as meringues, ice creams, sorbets, and biscuits.
