SOSA Natur Emul

SOSA Natur Emul is a natural citrus fiber that acts as an effective emulsifier. With a fiber content of 68.2% (34.9% insoluble, 33.3% soluble), it is readily dispersible in both water and fats, in hot or cold applications, across a wide pH range. Ideal for stabilizing emulsions and enhancing texture in modern culinary preparations.

  • Function: Natural emulsifier / fiber stabilizer

  • Ingredient: Citrus fiber

  • Dosage: 0.5–2%

  • Applications: Emulsions, sauces, dressings, smoothies, cold and hot preparations
