SOSA Maltitol (750g)

SOSA Maltitol is a 100% maltose-derived sweetener used as a direct 1:1 substitute for sucrose. It shares similar technical properties to regular sugar but has a higher browning temperature, making it ideal for confectionery and baked goods that require prolonged heat exposure. Suitable for both hot and cold applications, it delivers sweetness without early caramelization.

Mode of Use
Replace sucrose with Maltitol in a 1:1 ratio. Incorporate directly into hot or cold preparations as required by your recipe.
