SOSA Gum Arabic

SOSA Gum Arabic is a natural polysaccharide obtained from acacia, used as a thickener, emulsifier, and stabilizer. Ideal for aqueous-based preparations, it improves texture, stability, and emulsification in sauces, beverages, and other liquid recipes. Not soluble in alcohol or fats.
