Sosa Elderflower Natural Aroma – 50g

Sosa Elderflower Natural Aroma is a glycerin-based, water-soluble concentrate that captures the delicate and exotic aroma of elderflower. Its versatile formulation allows seamless integration into both aqueous and fatty bases (up to 95% oil content), making it ideal for adding a fresh and floral touch to professional culinary and pastry creations.

  • Ingredients: Invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: glycerin (E422), elderflower flavouring preparation

  • Mode of Use: Shake well before use. Incorporate at 0.2 g/kg (approx. 6 drops) depending on desired intensity. Mix thoroughly for homogeneous flavour distribution.
