Sosa Chestnut Aroma – 50g

Sosa Chestnut Aroma is a glycerin-based, water-soluble concentrate that captures the warm, earthy flavour of chestnuts. Its versatile formulation allows smooth integration into both aqueous and fatty bases (up to 95% oil content), making it perfect for adding nutty depth and character to professional culinary and pastry creations.

  • Ingredients: Aroma*, propylene glycol (E1520)

  • Mode of Use: Shake well before use. Incorporate at 2 g/kg (approx. 70 drops) depending on desired intensity. Mix thoroughly for homogeneous distribution.
