SOSA Bergamot Essential Oil (50g)

SOSA Bergamot Essential Oil is a water-soluble aromatic concentrate that captures the bright, floral and slightly bitter citrus notes of bergamot. Its glycerin-based formulation allows seamless incorporation into both aqueous and fatty preparations (up to 95% fat), making it ideal for pastry, chocolate, ice cream, beverages, sauces and fine dining applications. It delivers a refreshing and sophisticated aromatic profile without altering texture or adding liquid weight.

Mode of Use
Shake well before use. Incorporate directly into your preparation, ensuring uniform distribution.
Dosage: 0.2 g per kg of preparation (approx. 6 drops).
Do not consume undiluted. Use only within recipes.

Ingredients
Invert sugar syrup, emulsifier: glycerin (E422), bergamot natural extract.
