SOSA Alphabet of Flavours Rose Flavour (50g)

SOSA Rose Flavour is a water-soluble aromatic concentrate designed to capture the elegant and floral profile of rose. Its glycerin-based formulation allows seamless incorporation into both aqueous and fatty preparations (up to 95% fat), making it suitable for pastry, chocolate, beverage and fine dining applications where a refined floral note is desired. It provides depth, delicacy and aromatic lift without altering texture or adding excess moisture.

Mode of Use
Shake well before use. Incorporate directly into the preparation, mixing thoroughly to ensure homogeneous distribution.
Dosage: 2g per kg of preparation (approx. 70 drops). Do not consume undiluted; use only within recipe formulations.

Ingredients
Flavouring substance; carriers: propylene glycol (E1520) (44%), ethanol (5%); invert sugar syrup; emulsifier: glycerin (E422).

Remarks / Ideal Applications
Ideal for cocktails, sorbets, mousses, ganaches, ice creams, fillings, sauces and creams. Perfect for delicate pastry work and recipes seeking balance between floral aroma and soft sweetness.
