SELMI XFORM – Extruder for Pralines, Truffles & Energy Bites

The SELMI XFORM is an advanced horizontal extruder designed to create a wide variety of customised products such as pralines, truffles, bars, and energy bites. Whether you’re working with chocolate, nut pastes, dates, protein blends, superfoods, cereals, or gianduja, the XFORM allows for limitless recipe and shape combinations, making it ideal for modern chocolatiers and functional food producers.

This fully electric machine uses an internal horizontal pressure cylinder to push pre-prepared cartridges through a programmable extrusion matrix. An automated cutting wire system then slices the product to the desired size and shape. Operators have full control via a touchscreen panel that manages pressure, speed, product weight, and shape—making production scalable and fully customisable.

For best results, the XFORM is recommended to be used alongside a cooling tunnel or truffle roller and can be paired with the WRAP 400 PLUS flowpack machine for seamless packaging.
