The SELMI TUTTUNO ICE is a groundbreaking simultaneous dosing machine that allows you to produce filled products with both hot chocolate and cold ice cream in a single, seamless operation. Perfectly suited for ice cream, chocolate, and pastry shops, this innovative machine combines the worlds of chocolate and ice cream to create unique filled pralines, snacks, ice cream biscuits, double-flavour verrines, chocolate eggs, and more.

Featuring a patented injection system, the TUTTUNO ICE injects an outer chocolate shell and an ice cream or conventional filling inside, with fully adjustable ratios and timing via an intuitive touchscreen control panel. The machine connects to a standard SELMI continuous tempering unit, ensuring a constant supply of tempered chocolate.
