SELMI TUN800 – 600mm Enrobing Line with Cooling Tunnel
The SELMI TUN800 – 600mm is a high-capacity chocolate cooling tunnel designed for industrial production. Built entirely from stainless steel, this 8-metre tunnel is equipped with a 600mm wide belt and two independently controlled refrigeration units, allowing precise temperature zones for optimal chocolate cooling.
The system connects to the SELMI R600T enrobing unit and CENTO tempering machine, offering a seamless, high-throughput solution for enrobing and moulded chocolate products. Temperature settings and machine operations are managed via an intuitive touchscreen control panel.
The TUN800 is available in 8m, 12m, and 16m lengths as standard and can also be custom-manufactured to suit specific production requirements.
