SELMI Truffle Covering Attachment

The SELMI Truffle Covering Attachment is specially designed for coating truffles with precision and ease. This two-section attachment features a dual curtain chocolate distributor combined with a mechanical vibration system to eliminate excess chocolate and ensure a smooth, even coating. It includes a rotating table that collects freshly coated truffles, allowing them to be dusted with cocoa powder, freeze-dried fruit powder, or other finishing touches.
