SELMI TOP EX Continuous Tempering Machine – 60kg Tank

The SELMI TOP EX is the largest tempering machine in the SELMI EX line, designed for high-volume production environments. Equipped with a 60kg tank, digital control panel, and a patented removable screw pump, it ensures rapid chocolate changeover and simplified cleaning. This model allows the inclusion of ingredients like cocoa nibs and hazelnut grains, enabling flavour customisation at scale. Ideal for large workshops and small industrial operations, it offers exceptional performance with low running costs.

  • Output: Tempers 60kg of chocolate in approx. 14 minutes
