SELMI SPIDER Vertical Cooling Tunnel

The SELMI SPIDER is an advanced vertical spiral cooling tunnel designed for moulded chocolate and pralines. Its innovative, patented modular belt system ensures smooth, level mold transport with minimal vibration, improving product consistency while also allowing for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Thanks to its vertical layout, the SPIDER tunnel offers maximum cooling exposure within a compact footprint. It holds over 125 moulds at a time, increasing residence time within the cooling chamber to optimise crystallisation and finish. Air is distributed angularly for uniform temperature coverage, and the tunnel supports standard mould sizes up to 275mm x 175mm and 40mm in height.

Built for high-output workshops using the SELMI TUTTUNO One Shot Depositor, this tunnel supports both continuous and cycle-based operation modes, fully controlled via a touch screen.
