SELMI ROASTER 106 – For Cocoa Beans, Dried Fruit & Coffee

The SELMI ROASTER 106 is a compact, high-performance roasting system designed for artisanal and small-scale industrial use. Equipped with SELMI’s patented Vertiflow® air cyclone system, it offers precise and consistent roasting of coffee beans, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, cocoa beans, barley, and seeds.

Operating on a continuous cycle, the machine offers up to 40kg per hour of roasted product with a 6kg tank capacity. A suite of programmable roasting profiles ensures customised temperature, airflow, and timing—tailored to the core temperature of the product being processed. An external ventilated cooling tank, integrated peel tray, and multiple accessibility features support efficient operation and easy cleaning.
