The SELMI MACCHIA is a compact chocolate dispensing machine designed for cafés, patisseries, chocolateries, and ice cream parlours. Ideal for preparing and serving melted chocolate in full view of customers, it adds both functionality and showmanship to your service area.
Equipped with a foot pedal and volumetric dispenser, the MACCHIA allows precise flow control and easy portioning. Use it for variegating cones and cups, filling shot glasses with gianduja, serving marocchino coffee, decorating desserts, or preparing rich hot chocolate.
