SELMI DROPS 300/400 Chocolate Drop Depositor

The SELMI DROPS is a specialist depositor designed for producing high-quality chocolate drops. It seamlessly connects to the SELMI TOP EX continuous tempering machine and deposits chocolate drops directly onto the belt of a SELMI 300mm or 400mm wide cooling tunnel. The machine offers precise and adjustable chocolate casting, controlled via the cooling tunnel’s touchscreen interface for easy operation.

  • Power: 200V – Single Phase – 50Hz

  • Power Requirement: 3kW – 16A – 5 poles

  • Features:

    • Designed specifically for chocolate drops production

    • Commands controlled through the cooling tunnel touchscreen

    • Compatible with 300mm or 400mm wide SELMI cooling tunnels

    • Electrically controlled heating resistances ensure consistent chocolate temperature

    • Pneumatic three-way valve for precise and adjustable chocolate dispensing

    • Automated injection plate extraction for streamlined operation

  • Optional Extras:

    • Conveyor Belt Vibration System to improve drop formation at the tunnel decoration area
