SELMI CLUSTER TRAYS – Chocolate Cluster Depositor (Tray Loader)


Produces chocolate clusters by combining tempered chocolate with nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, etc.) and deposits the mix directly onto standard 60x40cm baking trays via 6 rotary heads. Ideal for small-medium industrial use.

Connects to a SELMI continuous tempering machine with pneumatic valve. The dosing can be adjusted via touchscreen control. Features automatic or manual operation with integrated sensors. Includes baking tray loader with 8-tray capacity for continuous production.
