The Pavoni Lira Automatic Guitar Cutter is a semi-automatic, electric cutting machine designed for precision cutting of hard or frozen foods, including products containing almonds, hazelnuts, and other dried fruits. Ideal for professional chocolatiers and pastry chefs, it effortlessly slices cremini, hazelnut chocolates, soft nougat, ganache, mousses, semifreddi, bavaroises, jellies, biscuits, and marzipan with perfect results.
