This Rectangular Éclair-shaped choux plate is part of a specialized plate range that allows you to produce flawless, hollow pâte à choux shells with ease. Relief grooves along the perimeter ensure consistent steam release, allowing the dough to expand uniformly during baking.

The result: perfectly shaped éclairs with a crisp exterior and hollow interior, ready to be filled with cream, mousse, ganache, or savoury mixtures.
