This Cube-shaped choux plate is part of a new range designed to deliver perfectly shaped, hollow pâte à choux bases — ideal for filling. The grooves in relief along the perimeter of each cavity ensure uniform steam release, allowing the dough to expand evenly during baking.

The result is a precisely formed, lightweight choux shell — crisp on the outside, airy on the inside, and ready for your sweet or savoury creations.

  • 1 upper plate + 1 lower plate
