Extra-large Round-shaped plates engineered for use with the Pavoni Cookmatic and Cookmatic Special machines. Designed to create bold, wide-format tartlets — ideal for plated desserts or savoury tart bases with elegant presentation.

The non-stick surface ensures easy demoulding and a clean finish, while the fast-change system allows seamless plate swaps for maximum flexibility in professional settings.
