Pastry Academy Red Cocoa Butter Velvet Spray – 400ml

Create a vibrant velvet finish on frozen or semi-freddo cakes with Pastry Academy Red Cocoa Butter Velvet Spray. Ready to use, it provides a professional, smooth texture and a striking red appearance for cakes and desserts.

How to Use:

  • Spray from 25–30 cm distance, keeping the can vertical.

  • Store in a cool, dry place (≤45°C) away from sunlight.

  • If spraying is interrupted, warm the can by wrapping it in a piping bag and immersing in hot (not boiling) water for 5 minutes, then shake well.

  • Maximum dosage: 10 g/kg of finished product.

  • GMO Free, Dairy Free, Azo Free, E171 Free

  • Size: 400ml
