(This used to be known as Cherry Red but due to the Azo & E171 being removed the colour has changed to a purple colour)
How to use:
Ready to use. Spray onto frozen or semi-freddo cakes to obtain the velvet effect.
Spray from a distance of 25/30cm maintaining the can as vertical as possible.
Store in a cool & dry place at a temperature never more than 45°C. Protect from sunlight.
In case of spray interruption you can warm the can (wrap in a piping bag and then in hot water (not boiling) for just 5 minutes) & shake very well.
Maximum dosage: 10g/kg of finished product
